The creative industry has been hit hard by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and Adobe recently responded to widespread school closures by offering students free access to its Creative Cloud. But the company is now going a step further and is apparently giving every subscriber two months of free subscription during this economic downturn.

The company hasn’t announced this promotion anywhere, and you’ll need to follow a few steps to take advantage of it. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get your free two months in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Log In to Your CC Account

Head on over to Adobe’s website and log in to your Creative Cloud account.

Step 2: Cancel Your Plan

On your account overview page, click the Cancel Plan link on your current subscription. (Don’t worry — you won’t actually be cancelling your account.)

Step 3: Go Through the Cancellation Steps

After an account verification process, you’ll be presented with some steps to confirm that you really do want to cancel your account. Go through these steps, past the Feedback and Details page and to the Offers page.

[Update: If you see a warning about an early cancellation fee, accepting and clicking past it may lead you to the offer before you finalize the cancellation.]

Step 4: Accept the Offer

To keep you as a subscribe, on the third step (Offers), Adobe should present you with an offer to get the next two months of your plan for free. Simply click Accept Offer.

Step 5: Voila! Two Months Free!

That’s it! You should be taken to a confirmation page that says your plan was updated with a free credit for 60 days. You’ll also see how much you saved by doing these few steps.
